booking & cancellation policy
We hate letting people down...it makes us feel bad, so if you can book a good 2 weeks in advance, we hopefully won't disappoint you. We do need to take credit or debit card details at the time of booking to reserve your appointment, but don't worry, we don't need payment or a deposit, the details are only used in the event of cancellation or missed appointments.
Life can be a real pain at times and we know that every now and then things don't work out as planned. If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we would be very grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise we regret that there maybe a cancellation fee.
Just give us a call, or send us an email to let us know if you can't make it. If we're closed, just leave a message. If you are unable to call, text, email or persuade a friendly homing pigeon to drop us a note more than 4 hours before your appointment...or just completely forget, we will unfortunately have to charge 50% of the booked treatment to your card.
For group bookings of 3 people or more, or where an individual appointment lasts 3 hours or more, a non-refundable 50% deposit is requested at the time of booking. For cancellations in full or part, or for a reduction of the treatments booked, 5 working days notice is required. Notice of less than 5 days will result in a lost deposit. For notice of more than 5 days, the deposit will be refunded in the form of an beyond beauty gift voucher, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Please Note: By placing an order with Beyond Beauty Salon & Spa you are agreeing with the stated Terms & Conditions.
1. All items from our web shop cannot be refunded.
2. All Goods remain the property of Beyond Beauty Salon & Spa until payment is received in full.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Full payment must be received prior to despatch. If payment is by cheque, cheque must be cleared before goods are despatched.
5. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollar.
6. Non-specification of colors or size etc. will result in a delay. Your 'order start date' will commence from the day payment is received and/or all required information such as colors/size etc. is received.
7. Payments can be made by Direct Deposit, Money Order, PayPal cheque and credit cards or by telephone +61 7 32635755
8. Delivery will be organized by Beyond Beauty Salon & Spa and the freight is based on "cost" price.
9. Delivery and processing may take up to 7 days for items or as otherwise stated for your products. Some items can only be picked up from the salon located at Shop 2 46 Gayford St Aspley Brisbane (next door to the Coffee Club Aspley).
10. Beyond Beauty Salon & Spa must be notified within 2 days of receipt of faulty goods. Beyond Beauty Salon & Spa must be notified within 2 days of receipt of order for Short Supply.
11. Beyond Beauty Salon & Spa ships Australia wide.
